Sales Development Representative | EMEA and LATAM

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative in a b2b startup company.

(The position is based in Israel).

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • Support senior sales teams on inbound leads, as well as with outbound lead generating efforts
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
  • For none-strategic prospects – drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Cold calling to identified prospects
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Achieve growth and hit both sales and leads targets
  • Creating reports and dashboards for sales following market trends analysis
  • Target locations- EMEA & LATAM

 

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Flawless communication skills, both written and oral
  • Native English speaker, fluent in other languages- an advantage
  • Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
  • Successful previous experience as a Sales Development Representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • 3 years of experience in a B2B startup company as a Sales Development Representative
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of customers
  • Working knowledge of the enterprise software market or the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Sales experience in the field of Digital Health – advantage
  • Salesforce savvy- a must
