Technical Support

We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the Technical Support position. Technical Support specialists troubleshoot technical issues and support the roll-out of new mobile applications and mobile SDKs, among other duties.

Moreover, Technical Support specialists speak directly to customers and create written documentation, requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Diagnosing faults and finding workarounds
  • Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem
  • Providing timely and accurate customer feedback
  • Talking customers through a series of actions in order to resolve a problem
  • Following up with customers to ensure the problem is resolved
  • Using the ticketing system to submit tickets to the development team
  • Supporting the roll-out of new mobile SDK
  • Providing support in the form of procedural documentation
  • Managing multiple cases simultaneously
  • Testing new features and customer scenarios

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Prior experience in tech support, mobile support, or a similar role
  • Experience with SDK support
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
